Best solution to the Breezeline problems we had was to call them and cancel our service and we switched to ATT fiber. I'd switch to AT&T Fiber or Spectrum. Breezeline has godawful customer service, so good luck getting your problems fixed. They have probably just over sold/over provisioned your node.
