We'd never been to a Cattlemen's before last weekend. I used to remember the one in Dixon on the way to Sacramento from years ago. Apparently it's still there, and there are about 8 in the regional chain, including one in Selma.

Because of Valentines Day, Cattlemens was packed at 7:30 in the evening. We did not have reservations but were told politely that the bar was open and it would be a two-hour wait.
