If you focus discipline you only have to deal with rng of hoping mobility being low. You want 100 Resilience for sure, and then ideally 100 recovery and discipline but just get them as high as you can. You do that by using the discipline ghost mod to guarantee discipline and then the other spikes hopefully go to res and rec. Do NOT use a res or rec ghost mod. Recov, as resil is cheaper in armour mods.

In my opinion 100 resil is 100 % worth it on Hunter. The scaling is also better when compared to recovery. For example 8 recov means you need 7 sec. to fully regenerate, 10 recov is 6 seconds.
