In our constant pursuit to create whiskeys of great quality, we placed temperature sensors in several of our rickhouses to better understand how climate affects the barrels inside. We have over 55 rickhouses where we age our American Whiskey. They sit on six different sites across Bourbon Country, and hold between 10,000 and 60,000 barrels each.

We were scheduled for Barton 1792, Heaven Hill, and Maker's Mark. Ben also took us to Willett Distillery and Talbot Tavern (oldest bourbon bar) since we had some extra time built into our schedule.
