1. Rice. There is a wide array of rice dishes that you can serve with fajitas. My favorite has to be the flavorful Mexican rice, which makes for a hearty meal with the fajita filling. Another excellent rice side dish is rice and black beans. This dish has a varied flavor profile thanks to black beans, bell peppers, cilantro, cumin, and lime juice.
