The lost cities is designed to not be a walk in the park for the god known as an endgame rlcraft player. Maxed silver, maxed weapons, optimized baubles, and a full wine setup are required to not die instantly in combat (which you should avoid). The lost cities is no joke, take it seriously.Its caused by nearby parasites and it depends on the strength of the parasite (don't know the proper term), basically there are 3 stages of fear -1. You cant use items that right click, 2. You can't place blocks, 3. You can't use your inventory. (I think that's how they work).
